”SLIO CPU 015 is a fast EtherCAT CPU from VIPA. It has built-in EtherCAT controller and a separate Ethernet port.

It has an integrated memory of 256 kB, which is expandable to 512 kB. Double PG/OP ports(RJ45 switch) and MPI are standard. The CPU 015 can also be configured as Profibusmaster or Profibusslave with a special FSC (Feature Sets Code) on an SD card. It can also be set up as a Modbus master or Modbus slave. EtherCAT settings are easily set-up in the EtherCAT Manager from VIPA.”
