VIPA SLIO CPU 014 is a small, fast CPU that is easy to expand to suit all needs.
It has built-in memory of 64kB which is expandable to 192KB. PG/OP communication via Ethernet and MPI are standard. CPU 014 can be configured as PROFIBUS master or PROFIBUS slave with a special FSC (Feature Set Code) on an SD card. It can also be set up as a Modbus master or Modbus slave.
