V-F Series Flow Switch
The V-F vane actuated flow switch series is among the most commonly selected flow devices for aerospace applications in the Precision Sensors product line. Bellows technology provides a hermetic seal to a lever style vane which is displaced by the moving fluid. The vane design is not as susceptible to contaminated fluid as the magnetically actuated counterparts. Hermetically sealed contacts make it ideal when vapor ignition is a concern.

Typical uses include coolant flow systems.

Common fluids are water, PAO, red oil.
